3% hotel tax.
Some weekends a 2 night minimum stay is required.

A $7 breakfast voucher (per person) for our new Broadway Grille
& Pub (located downstairs) is included.
Packages, where noted, include a $30 dinner voucher
(per person) at
the Broadway Grille & Pub.

Cancellation Policy Reservations cancelled less
than 5 days prior to check in time are subject to room
charges, unless rooms can be re-rented. For groups of
3-5 rooms - a 2 week cancellation policy is applicable.
For 5 rooms or more - 30 day cancellation policy is applicable.
Early checkouts are handled as cancellations and are subject
to the same policy.
